tightness in Achilles Tendon

anybody else ever felt this?

It's been like this in my left leg for the past couple weeks

got me shook to do leg workouts cause I don't want to make it worse

but it's tight. Like every time I move my leg, I can feel that it's tight.

Be careful with this. I've had a similar thing, as well as tendinitis.

I recommend getting a foam roller and using that on your calf to massage it out. Also tape you achilles with KT Tape. Take a break from any high impact activities until its feeling normal again.

I tore my achilles when I was 21 and the other one when i turned 30. Speaking from experience. Stretch your legs, do some yoga and take it easy for a little bit.

The rehab is straight up :mjcry:

You can also get a softball and roll the calf over that, but start stretching those calves fam

I concur w/ breh over here. Avoid these problems @neotheflyingone :whoa:.

Just take it easy for a while (week or two, I know it's hard) and see how it goes. I used to feel pain in my wrist and now it's gone, part of it was knowing not to stress it.

Going up trying to grab a rebound in a pickup game of ball. It was me and 4 asians against all brothers and we was winning till I got hurt. Sad part is I was the big man at 5'7 :mjcry:






so basically you was Lebron in 2018 carrying the whole team on your back, playing 49 min a game and copped an injury

if only JR Li didn't take the ball out :mjcry:
