@Sherminator Imma admit breh.... I didn't do any of those stretches :mjcry:

I was out of town for 2 weeks on vacation and I just didn't do it

back home now and the tightness is still there, so Imma get started on this today

quick question tho... do you recommend I stay away from all leg workouts until this is solved? calf raises, squats, lunges

Honestly it’s hard for me to say, without examining the area, but I’m a cautious doctor, so i will always err on the side of wait, because honestly you can’t get the full rom, you run the risk of further damage and possibly the proprioception may be off, and you could be working secondary or helper muscles instead of primary movers

Yes. Your achilles isn't something to play around with because it only takes one false step to rupture it.

anybody else ever felt this?

It's been like this in my left leg for the past couple weeks

got me shook to do leg workouts cause I don't want to make it worse

but it's tight. Like every time I move my leg, I can feel that it's tight.

I tore my achilles when I was 21 and the other one when i turned 30. Speaking from experience. Stretch your legs, do some yoga and take it easy for a little bit.

The rehab is straight up :mjcry:

You dont want them problems breh :whoa:
did you go the op or non op route ? i just tore mine 4 weeks ago

You weren't asking me but as the OP, I wanna respond too.

I didn't do a complete tear of mine, but it got so bad that I couldn't walk for over a week. I mean, literally could not stand. I was on crutches for a week a half.

Eventually I could walk a little bit, but it took several months for it to heal completely. I didn't even consider an op route.
