London food boils down to where YOU choose to eat. I stick to steakhouses, fish and chips spots, the department stores cafeterias, and ethnic cuisine and be more than content.

Some of the best shopping and partying can be had in Paris/London plus all the historical stuff if you give a damn about that.

I mean, the French are known to be fiercely rude and unwelcoming to those who don’t embrace the language. In particular, rude to Americans. I can see why dude would be critical. Because the French are just as critical, fiercely patriotic and jingoistic as they accuse Americans of being..
