Duncan and Kobe had the luxury of being drafted by play-off teams, while Garnett was drafted by one of the sorriest NBA franchises of all time. That's why the T Wolves overpaid and gave Garnett over the max just to keep him in Minnesota.

manu and parker werent shyt '03. speedy claxton was getting crunch time minutes

This is a lie, because Tony Parker averaged 15 points per game and was the Spur's second leading scorer in 03, and people are quick to forget how good Stephen Jackson was in 03 also. Duncan had a squad throughout most his whole career.

Parker WAS getting benched for Claxton throughout the WHOLE playoffs because late he was a huge liability on both sides of the floor. Hell we even attempted to trade him and bring in Jason Kidd and move Parker. Stephen Jackson was solid and also inconsistent. By NO means was he even close to an all star level.

Duncan CARRIED that 2003 squad to a chip by his damn self.

Oh and speaking of being surrounded by "talent" with the whole KG and TD thing, do we really wanna go into how many all stars Tim Duncan has played with and how many KG has played with from the start of their careers to say....2012? :mjpls:

Put KG on the '03 Spurs, does he win a title? :mjpls:
