Man I hated TD for quite a while when I was young and foolish and only appreciated dunks and putbacks :snoop:

Him beating my beloved Knicks only made things worse :to:

But I've come to appreciate the greatness :whew:

Duncan doesn't deserve 1st team at this pt. Let's be real. As great as he still is. This is an honor due to brand name more than play

props to duncan but its more a testament at how garbage the big men are today than it is to how well he played this year

:rudy: GTFOH

He only played 30 MPG and put up 18 and 10.

If he played at his career average in minutes, he'd easily have gotten 22 and 12. Per 36, his numbers look the exact same as his career averages.

Duncan is still great even if he isn't the MVP caliber player he was in the mid 2000s, he's still very good and his game as we all know isn't flashy but fundamentals will always keep him as a legit low post threat and low post defender.

I think losing weight over the offseason REALLY helped him out this season.

His numbers are pretty much the same per minute as they have always been after all these years. He would still be a 23 and 12 players if he played 35-37 minutes a night. That's remarkable that he has played at this level for this long. Even when he was hurt and people thought it was over, he still put up solid numbers. He could play till he is 40easily. Pop helped him out too with not overworking him during his career. He's averaged less than 35 minutes a game since before he was 30 and that only helped him as far as longevity is concerned.

Ive met Duncan on 3 different questions the first time I called him Mr. Duncan, he gave me the :stopitslime:, then cracked this funny joke, so the second and 3rd time I just called him Tim, Im going to be sad when he no longer plays, ive been watching him since his soph year at Wake Forest, he is the only player in sports history that i rep, I could give 2 shyts about anyone else

Man lemme tell you how I became a fan (no homo) of Duncan.

That match up with Camby in 95 when Camby outplayed him. Going into the match i was :blackfaceblessed: for Camby but for whatever fukkin reason after that game I became a Duncan stan for life :wow:

Next season when they play in Orlando....I HAVE to go see em play
