the rich ppl have been (historically) using poor and middle class whites and putting them against minorities in order to keep everyone down and not fighting the true problems.

and it was created in order to keep poor and middle class whites feeling "superior" to blacks and do the bidding of them just because they are considered to be on the same "team"

basically the rich whites gave the poor and middle class whites better bread crumbs than blacks. It was also the start of racial "policing"
when the rich put the poor whites in charge of and to "police" the slaves.

nope, he's actually fully aware of racism, and is a huge proponent of fighting racism. He's just using history and education to try and show whites why they live the way they live and how it became to be.

White ppl are stubborn. they can't be told what to do, they have to feel like they are making the change on their own. That is why education is key.
