We all remember how everyone was up in arms about Nas working with Will.I.Am (who at the time was as commercial as you could get). One of the Will.I.Am productions ended up being one of the best, if not best songs on the album.

:mindblown: when will.i.am 'creatively' flipped the exact same sample as his last single and tried to act like that shyt was some brilliant marketing idea. get the fukk outta here

thief's theme >> hip hop is dead

and still dreaming, hold down the block, let there be light, the one with chrisete michele (which is actually my favorite) >>> the single with will.i.am

but in all seriousness i'll give timbo a shot, but i don't want him producing the bulk of fukking anything related to nas

Hearing him talking about them misusing Babygirl music and the only person to get him next in Hip-Hop is the Gawd, made me :to: and :noah:

...too much for the emotions :ohlawd:

Some of you guys disgust me calling yourselves "fans" of Nas and yet you wanna critique and bytch about shyt before you've even heard one NOTE of the song. Why can't we just perhaps...you know...maybe...possibly...TRUST Nas???? I mean he's only been doing this for the past TWENTY YEARS. If he wants to work with an enthused Timbaland then that's his perogative. Nas has NEVER released the same type of album consecutively. From Illmatic to It Was Written he went from Premo and Large Professor to Trackmasters and Havoc. He's been doing this since the beginning. Let that Legend cook goddamnit....

The one with Chrisette Michele was also produced by Will.i.am.
