Ghostproducers don't exist because they aren't credited. Therefore, Danja, Scott Storch etc. aren't ghostproducers. They are all talented producers in their own right.
Screw who gets credited for what though. I just hope Timbaland brings his A-game to the table regardless of who is co-producing or producing whatever track. Most importantly, the album needs to be dope.
It's funny that people credit the greatness of Futuresex/Lovesounds to co-producers and the poor effort that was Scream solely to Timbaland when their were co-producers on that one too (J-Roc and Ryan Tedder). Without Timbaland, Futuresex/Lovesounds wouldn't even exist. There's a reason why Justin didn't go back to Storch after "Cry Me A River" or Danja after Futuresex/Lovesounds. Timbaland was the architecht behind that sound. It's the same reason why Chris Cornell isn't running back to Timbo after the Scream debacle, because Timbo was also the architecht behind that sound on that album, but it was wack for the most part.
Nah. people credit the greatness of Danja's work on FSLS because you can hear his distinct signature style/sound through the album (sexyback, my love, summer love were produced by him if i'm not mistaken), Without him there would be no FSLS either

the reason justin didnt ran back to him is because he didn't put out an album yet. Chances are, he might collab with him again on the next album.
Scream was a master piece even if J-Roc as a co producer<<<<<<<<< Danja.
But the whole album was cohesive as fukk. Chris Cornell's fans who were used to his soundgarden and audioslave sounds felt like he sold out and started to turn their backs on him. the comments that i read when scream came out were just
But yeah at the end of the day, the album needs to be dope and Timbo needs to redeem himselves for the wack shyt he put out these last couple of years
As much as I like JT's first two albums I kinda want to see him work with someone different. 1st album had the Neptunes, 2nd had Timbo for the majority. I like the fact that these albums are predominantly done by one producer but I'm curious what JT working with another producer for an album would sound like. IDK who else tho I'm drawing a blank so Timbo it is.
Looking forward to JT's next work.
his production crew should handle it
