I was listening to Keep Their Heads Ringin' when it came on the radio while I was out driving and I got to thinking how to me, that was the last CLASSIC "Dr. Dre beat".

We all know Sam Sneed really produced that motherfukker tho. :lolbron:

Post 95'/96', Dre and company (various producers) shyts really won't the same.
2001 was good but compared to his earlier (really the mixing) but compared to his earlier work, it pales in comparison.

All that said, I guess Dre but it's really because of the great mixing.

Timbs RnB shyt still sounds classic to the day. But I think the more rep stuff sounds dated.

I’d take Dre, but dude is not a producer in the sense of Timb. So there’s also an asterisks to that choice
