You asked for the meaning I gave it. I make fun of Nas as much as you only I'm not obsessed and actually love Illmatic. That line sets up "keep static like wool fabric, pack a 4-matic to crack your whole cabbage" which in my opinion is dope rappity rapping.

Given your a Lupe weirdo, it's obvious why you'd harp on perceived lyrical simplicity even if the song is outstanding given Lupe songs often have tedious layers lyrically and suck 80% of the time.
