Workflow : Instead of running behind in the morning, think about the little minutes that's causing that (ironing clothes etc),
iron the night before to give you a extra few minutes b4 smacking that alarm clock
Big Project(Academia Related) : fukk last minuting that shyt if it's major - start early, knock it out piece by piece gradually
Goals: If it's a goal you would like to hit personally, professionally - write it down on a paper set a dead line and set yourself to a disciplined committment(far as how many hours or minutes you want to commit to it and do it) Reward your success
