American law enforcement is really fukked up. Some times when they can't solve a crime they arrest the first black person they see and plant evidence. Unsolved crime fukks up the city's statistics so they're pressured by their CO to do this. They typically do this to poor black/Hispanic people who can't afford a good lawyer. shyts scary. You could just be walking to your house and get arrested for no reason.
