I don't think you guys know the value of defense contracts. Deleting the app isn't going to effect them in any way and that's why they did it. Once you get a Raytheon, Lockheed, Northrup, Blackwater,type defense contract with the US government your company is set for decades to the point where you don't need anything from civilians except workers.

If anything, what Anthropic did was highly commendable but financially stupid. They actually deserve all the support they can get.

OpenAI is losing billions every year. They were projected to be operating at a 14B loss this year and its not sustainable. They NEEDED that government contract just to stay alive and eventually get bailed out by Trump.

They dont give a shyt about yall cancelling a $20 sub

But with that said I switched to Claude about a year ago and its been such an improvement.

yeah I`m paying a dub for ChatGPT and have never had issues and I tend to use it for research and career stuff and just planning in general

Claude max has 5x and 20x
