But his "run" is far form over. What are you judging this by? Dude just did a joint with Diddy, Mase and TI.... he will be getting more for shows now than he ever has - and let's not forget that is how artists eat.

what markets do you really think troy can do tours in. he can only hit NY, NJ, and CT so samy times. to get that real money you gotta tour the country, nikkas really gonna pay to see him in Texas? Georgia? cali?

He's had the same amount of albums as Lil Kim and one more album than Foxy Brown. And he had higher peaks than them too. It's not debatable. It's a fact he's been way more successful.

And groups don't count because that's a completely different animal. Same reason nobody asks who's better Nas or Wu Tang? It's just weird to incorporate a group into it. There's different factors that go into groups over solo artist. One person in the group might be the real star, one might have done more work to get the group hits, etc. It's too hazy when it comes to groups who's the clear reason why they're successful.

Well Kim is more popular, clearly. She's basically a household name. More successful, it is actually closer when I think about it. Fab has had more hits do to more longevity. Kim's peak might be higher. I'll give you and Wacky D that.

Fact still remains, if you want him top 5 or top 10, either way, he's one of the most successful rappers ever out of NY. That's not debatable.
