I haven't been in here because I don't really stay up on recruiting, transfers or any off-season stuff (just found out over the weekend that Gus Edwards transferred )

But now that the season is here

What are the areas of concern? I'm thinking rb depth after Walton, that Yearby decision is looking even worse now

Gabriel Taylor at Gulliver. he definitely has that athletic gene but

1. he seems to be more focused on playing basketball
2. he's 5'4 (but obviously still a growing boy)

Yeah I think he's more of a basketball player, I didn't even know he played football

The question mark at QB and the secondary are the prime concerns.

If Burns' mysterious shoulder injury would be clarified the depth at RB would be a lot less concerning with Horner as the #2 and Burns situational.

hot take: Jaquan will be Miami's first All-Conference S since Phillips. we've done well with corners lately, Brandon Harris/Artie and Corn all were 1st team All ACC but we aint had a decorated S in a minute. Rayshawn should have been that guy but now its on Quan (and eventually Jobe/others coming)

sure hands, hes iight at it. remember he kept us in the game late vs. FSU with a clutch one

he cant house it, which is hard to defend when we have 4 4.4 or quicker guys who can. i think coaches will mix it up but Brax is gonna be a big part of the team better or worse

truly think its time for him to split time in the backfield and at WR. starting next year we'll be loaded at both groups, but this year id like him to get some carries. he bulked up quickly and is very versatile

Robert Burns has been practicing lately, i wouldnt expect him until Akron tho. Choc needs to stay healthy and help relieve Walton/Homer
