he was mad at the offense. they were doing 1 min drills. thats what he was mad about, not the entire practice.

I'm cool with Rosier taking the reins, he's the only game-tested QB and has the ability to scramble around and keep defenses honest with his legs. With all the weapons at his disposal I'm sure coaches will keep it simple for him, plus he's got an amazing defense to bail him out if need be.
