Lingard a program changer

I'm not completely sold on Lingard yet. I don't think he's not good, but I don't think he's a program changer. Am I bugging? To me his stats look super inflated by them running the Wing-T

Also I just realized when I was watching the IMG highlights it wasn't Sitkowski playing

Sit's best film is from camps, now Old Bridge here in NJ lost a legendary coach and the program kinda sucks now but its a little concerning he hasnt produced much in 2 years of HS ball. he should have plenty of time to learn
