tap water here is under $1 for every 1000 gallons. therefore basically free.

10-15 channels will likely still run you about $50-$60. An a la carte model would be of no benefit to the customer because the cost WILL be passed down to the customer. I know this shyt sounds good in the majority of you guys head but trust me, you will not be better off in the long run.

They're raising their rates to fund that HUGE TV contract they gave The Lake show to fund the tank

But seriously, I have to weigh my options when I move out of my apts in July. I know its the evil empire (Comcast) , but I'm good off of this discounted rate they're giving me. I have League pass, DVR, HBO, with the intermediate package & internet and I pay the same as my mom does for her basic Dish Network package

TWC is wild with their monopoly. my contract expired like 7 months ago and the price jumped damn near 20 dollars. so i threatened to cancel and they basically hit me "where you going to go "

so i did some research, checking about the area for high speed cable in my area; and TWC is literally the only option. so i called em back up and got locked into another contract to lower my bill

Can't say I'm surprised, with all the battles that they have and with these different networks/channels over the last few years I knew it was a matter of time because they have basically caved in on all of them...

I'm glad I jumped ship last year...

Their internet is faster than ATT, but U-verse is so much better IMO and having wireless cable boxes makes thing a lot easier. TWC couldn't even get cable running in a few bedrooms in my house and was telling me I need to call an electrician and have them re wire my shyt...

As much as I would like to cut cable, I need my HD sports events, Kids programming and that HD DVR.

They should offer the channels you want, not as a whole bundle and rip you off also in the process. People don't want all the foreign channels especially when i don't speak those languages. Thats garbage that they are increaseing the rates again, but then again it shouldn't be a surprise as Comcast bought them out and usually after any big bigout/merger, the prices always go up. How else are they going to get their money back on the billions they spent to make the deal happen in the first place.

Cable companies should have offered better plans with could services starting a few years back.
DVR should be fukking standard nowadays. What are they thinking

There needs to be reasonable packages that stay at a fukking price instead of going up a ton after 12m
