It's as simple as putting it in 'Music You Need to Hear' section as soon as it drops, it's not rocket science.

I'm not saying that Apple is behind some conspiracy to push Desiigner, I'm saying that the spectacle of Desiigner himself makes this Timmy Turner song immediately interesting.

That XXL Freestyle was so ambiguous that people have been waiting to see just wtf this song is about. So when Apple puts it at the forefront immediately and everybody is curious enough to give it a click, it's not hard to see why a song like this will shoot up the charts, even when it's ultimately mediocre, middling, and more a show of talent by Mike Dean to bridge a song around those random musings.
