IDk how Broner would do, he needs to face some decent journeymen first at least.

how many journeymen does Broner have to face? The last fight was against someone who shouldn't even had been in the same arena as him, let alone the ring. I want to see Broner challenged.

He is capable of outboxing opponents (see the Peterson fight) but he just like to slug it out.

:heh: at saying Broner "might" give Paulette that work. Paulette better hope he even lasts past 8 rounds with The Problem

And also, there is more talent at 147lb then it is at 140lbs......

Top 140lbers: Danny Garcia, Lucas Matthysse, Amir Khan, Lamont Peterson, Zab Judah, Brandon Rios, Ajose Olusegun, Khabib Allkhverdiev, Mike Alvarado, and Denis Shafikov

vs

Top 147lbers: Floyd Mayweather, Juan Manuel Marquez, Robert Guerrero, Manny Pacquiao, Kell Brook, Paulie Malignaggi, Tim Bradley, Victor Ortiz, Devon Alexander, Keith Thurman, Andre Berto, and Ruslan Provodnik

He and Broner would be a good fight but its one we will probably never see. Bradley is coming off an action fight now. And he is pretty known from fighting on HBO and against Manny. I think its time he gets his due and get a match with Floyd after he beats Guerrero or a rematch with Pacquiao. I fight against that guy last night is a low risk low reward type fight. He could have taken his first official loss last night probably without getting paid a big sum and then where would he be.

The talent in each division is comparable, so in what world does it make sense for Broner to skip 140 completely? And at the top, 140 features younger fighters in their prime and physical peak. 147 features aging veterans that don't have many fights left. As long as Broner isn't fighting strictly the 147 guys, while ignoring the beasts at 140, then all is good. We know he can float from 140 to 147, or fight at catchweights in between, so he better not duck.

Btw, you forgot Maidana and Josesito Lopez.

Badley is with TR which means no Mayweathe no Broner...

TR don't do business with GB or Mayweather...

Arum wants an in-house welter tournament so Bradley is probably going to fight JMM next...

I was watching that fight like :why: the fukk is Tim Bradley still standing after he was getting hit by some of Ruslan's bombs. I would've been put my ass on the canvas, waited 10 seconds and got my paycheck.

That was a war

The Sweet Science
Very solid , good fight but Bradley clearly won . I only gave Ruslan the 2 and 12th but dude earned some respect from me for his chin and power . Bradley showed some real heart but also some real foolishness by trying to get into mini slugfest with ol boy when hes known for his pillow fists especially after he got caught with a few bombs like he had . Not fight of the year by any means but most def a solid 4 star fight for sure.

Youtube link for the whole fight for any who wanna see it. Not the greatest quality ever and the announcers kinda suck but :ehh:
