The tip you posted is for increasing your chances of GETTING and interview. This is different from tips for BEING in an interview.

It is extremely difficult get a decent job these days. My advice to people when job hunting is to focus on getting the interview. Once you get the interview, then you shift your focus to getting the job. I don’t think people realize how hard it is just to land the interview.

Now if you have landed an interview, the number one tip I can give, although generic, is to have extreme confidence. Like however confident you are, double that shyt. You walk in that bytch with the mindframe of the interview being a formality cause you know you got that shyt. Confidence is something that people can sense in you, lack of confidence as well. You can make some people uncomfortable with your confidence, which brings me to my nex tip.

Don’t ever be uncomfortable or nervous in an interview. They called you, you ain’t call them. I make it a point to ask some questions that are so left field or tough for them to answer, that the interviewer becomes uncomfortable. Like nikka you will be nervous in this bytch, I’m not nervous.

It’s infinite tips I can give but this will be my last one. If you don’t have options, make it seem like you do. Please do not go in an interview acting desperate for the job, even though that may reall be your situation. It’s a turn off to the employer. Plus everyone wants someone with options. The job I have now, I told them nikkas I had 2 offers on the table so I would need to know something from them within one week. Them fools called me like 3 days later saying they have a pretty good offer for me. The recruiter told me that they upped the offer cause I had other offers. nikka I had zero other offers. Its a game out here

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Sounds like too much work with a disaster waiting to happen in the future. I guess this might work for jobs that don’t require much skill but I couldn’t imagine this works for a job that requires a specific skill you might be lacking in.

And I would assume 90% of people apply to jobs where they realistically meet 70-80% of the job description!

Before a human being even looks at your resume it is ran thru programs that filter for resumes with certain keywords.

True that and I think Fortune 500 companies do this most. They always seem to get back to you quickly too when you are denied for the job. Sounds like a system for sure!
