It only has been 3 women. I've met them by approaching them in public and one through online dating. A couple of months went by before things only became friendly. I was fukking two of them consistently as well as going on dates, hanging out, etc.

It seems like you’re trying to be nice and supportive in hopes they’ll see that side of you. Really though, these women are emotionally unavailable. You said after months they act different, maybe because you’re reminding them of that mental place they were in and they almost begin to resent you or view you in the light of the negativity they were experiencing at that time.

When a woman is using you as a crutch or emotional tissue to get over someone else, they will never be available fully to you. You shouldn’t put stock in those relationships or situations because they’re not really there for you, just your comfort and distractions.

Hard to say what because I don't know you but there's something off in the process. Because when a broad really fukks with you like REALLY fukks with you, she don't want to share. She is pressing you with the "what are we/where is this going?". If you not hearing that from the women you like after a month (or two max), then they are not as into you as you think. You gotta be able to recognize this early on, cut your losses so you can move on and find the ones who are really into you.
