nikka you the one that’s being sassy, I’m just spitting facts. I have a bunch of homie from my hood who I don’t fukk with cuz they don’t be on shyt. At a certain point it becomes detrimental to me as many of them have nothing to lose and regularly get into situations that can get them a little bit of time but all cause me to lose everything. There’s nothing wrong with growing away from people in your life who you once considered friends. People grow away from their spouses, brothers, sisters, and etc but growing away from your friends is some cardinal sin? Nah.

Young Buck is a great example...at the height of his career he should have been like OP “I need to get the hell away from theee nikkas” but he didn’t. Guess what, he had 9 dusty hood nikkas around him and he ended up becoming the 10th. He started calling off rapidly...getting behind on taxes, doing a bunch of drugs, tryna he the hardest and richest nikka on the block, and he ended up losing a lot.

That’s because he had an inner circle of a bunch of nikkas that ain’t never been in position so they couldn’t tell him that he needed to put money away for taxes cuz they didn’t know or to tell him to invest and etc. they was telling that nikka to stunt and to party in the club and he did that all the way to his downfall.

So you can be mad all you want but it’s best to make sure you running with people who have common goals. Doesn’t matter if they are farther along or further behind as long as they tryna move in the same direction.

All of them are broke in some form or another, either working a dead end job that pays them pennies or doing even worse and living off the generosity of family and friends. I know some of you will ask why I have these kind of squares in my circle, to which I can only respond that they are genuinely good dudes who are a lot more authentic than the cats around here with money. I need to get the fukk out of Boston. Educated, motivated black people who are on code are nowhere to be found around here. It’s either broke and dusty cats, street dudes, or PAWGers.
