Titanfall 7 million unique users, Exceeds expectations, Most successfully new IP for EA ever.

Titanfall has sold well above expectations, both from to us at Respawn and at EA. I actually don't know if there's been a better new IP release at EA in terms of sales... ever?

EA doesn't release sales numbers anymore. We'd love to release them, but we're not the publisher of the game. This was the best we could do for everyone.

This does not mean 7m sold. This means 7m people have played the game. Yes, this means Destiny and probably Watch Dogs have had more more sales and players. This is not at all surprising, or worthy of shame. Everyone is so supremely proud of the game. More successful than we could have imagined. I could also point out that EA has been on a huge upswing in the market, often attributed partially to how well Titanfall has done.

Im glad they where successful, titan fall is my favorite next gen fps but i just keep thinking had this game had been on ps3-ps4 they could have did COD numbers and took the crown from COD..... theirs still a chance though with Titanfall2

No game exclusive to one (or three) platforms will sell more than a game released on at least 6.

It doesn't need to sell more to take the "crown" from COD. It already forced COD to change their game up and Its sales are still going down. Titanfall is on the rise in the hearts and minds of gamers and will be this generations COD before its all said and done.

For a "dead" "flopped" game. It still gets plenty of attention. Titanfall 2 is one of the most anticipated games on the horizon. COD is on a constant downward trajectory.

yeah its like Madden, everybody cops it. I haven't heard anyone talk about TF in here in a while let alone TF2. CoD is garbage.

That's just a sign that it's a flop.

@PS4 I just saw that Titan fall was the first game to be on the Microsoft cloud under Azure...It looks like it's coming...when is this cloud and tiled graphics coming may be a gamechanger.
