The other is claiming 4.5mil

The PS3 has been reduced in price since the PS4 dropped, and those sales are counted towards that total
The real numbers are a mystery. But what isn't, games. 2014 is the year of the xbox when it comes to games

MS having "more games" still isn't preventing people from buying that PS4. Titanfall is the first game that's hit the Xbox that wasn't on PS4 that I can say has people talking. All the other games are good for the library argument for fanboys and hardcore gamers, but to the casual buyer?... nah
