The PS4 had its drivers updated before launch. Xbox One was slow getting there drivers up to date by launch
Now there is a new update that gives the xbox 10% more power. And developers said it would take 6mnths to for them to get on par with the PS4's drivers.

Well they did eventually. And then a handful of games ran slightly better on PS3
It wont take 3yrs, but 6months for XB1 to be on par. But with the cloud, they expect it to be the more powerful system when its all said and done. This is what developers have said
