There is nothing nonsensical about that thread. Everyone that came in with an honest opinion agreed that a downgrade was evident. It was only you stans who decided to attack me and ignore reality.

Not true on both points. No other game has been compared to PC like TitanFall. And console games have ALWAYS been behind PC. Call of duty 2 on PC was much better than the 360 version. And NOBODY cared because it wasn't a part of the fanboy flame wars.

It wasn't like that last gen because when the 360 launched, it was considered a top of the line GPU compared to high end graphics card comparable to it which came out in the latter years. The average person wasn't rocking a rig that was outperforming a 360 at launch. Nowadays, you could've had a PC system from 2012 that runs circles around PS4/Xbox 1.

This has more to do with diminishing returns. It takes a lot more processing power to get a minimal boost in performance. Which is why people can run TitanFall on an older PC but even with new more expensive parts they can't get a locked framerate.

Battlefield 4 had a thread comparing all three. Major titles get compared. Tomb Raider was compared, I think assassins creed was compared sometime. It's just that titanfall being talked about a lot on here makes it an easy target for comparison.

How would you know?? You was stanning on the internet years ago?? Maybe no other games have been compared like Titanfall on THE COLI but on Neogaf I see console comparisons every day. The coli ain't representative of what's going on on the whole internet.

Minimal boost?? You're ignoring the part where people are playing the game at 1080p, 1440p, 2160P or HIGHER with maxed out settings getting 60fps???

Locked framerate is not the same as "capped" frame rate. Titanfall isn't locked at 60fps on either platform, it's capped at 60f for the Xbox one though. It can run as high as someone wants it to on PC. People can play it at 120fps on a 120hz monitor but that's not something we want to talk about right now. I wouldn't call 4k, 120fps minimal boosts.

As does Xbox in this comparison, but each time the story is spun to try to make Xbox look worse than it is.

All 3 battlefield games performed admirable....but the PC was better than both. These comparisons are a waste of time....time that could be spent playing these games.
