I’m an old head and I saw it for the first time a couple years ago. Basically a Lifetime period piece for young women. Gets a lot better after they hit the iceberg.

it’s one of those movies you’ve seen parodied so much you know what it’s all about.

Yup, no black characters in that movie. When I found about that picture and had me and at Titanic not putting a black character in that movie.

As hard to believe as this may sound, there was a time where Hollywood had to think outside of the box instead of going for formulaic comic book movies and sequels to stimulate the box office. Although I've enjoyed a lot of the latter two forms of movies that I just mentioned, I truly think we're living in the worst era of movies right now.

I never got into the whole comic book/ action movie shyt. It's the same as the Titantic you know whats gonna happen: The hero is gonna get his ass kicked and at the least minute their gonna Dios ex machina the whole thing.

The zillion special effects are cool to watch but the constant jumping of the shark is silly.

I never saw it but i remember I skipped school one day and happened to pass Best buy that morning. It was the first time I saw a long ass line of people waiting in line outside. Come to find out, they were waiting in line to buy the DVD. It had to be at least 100 people.
