I just knew when they added the "Sr" Titus was going to smarten up, man he seemed so humble when he had his first son and he was playing pretty good you could see the potential number 2 reciever in the making. A Mike Wallace, Lance Moore type of number 2 to Megatron, even Burleson admitted the passing attack needed him to be deadly, but his attitude got the best of him.

Just want to clarify something for everyone here.
The car was towed to a privately-owned, tow company's lot.
DUI/DWI driver's do not get their vehicle towed to a police impound lot unless it was involved in a crime where criminal evidence needs to be preserved/gathered.
So, if the driver does not get suspended from driving after arrest (some states will suspend you if you purposely choose not to submit a sample to a breathalyzer machine), if the driver is released from jail, i.e. bond out or released on recognizance, the driver can pick up his vehicle from the impound lot after paying them the storage/towing fee after getting out of jail and still drive (until his case goes to court, and if he's found guilty, the judge can then suspend/revoke the driver's license).
I have no idea why this guy just didn't pay the towing company the towing/storage fee. Unless there was something else going on and he either didn't have money or he wasn't allowed to retrieve his vehicle.
