You can't be serious. Cannot be.

Let’s just say I saw the impact Nets/ Barclays center had in Brooklyn

Yea NYC is far from a poor city but the idea is the same

It provided a lot of jobs for the community and brought a lot of excitement and things to do around that few blocks radius and just transformed the culture instantly

Now just imagine if a black owner in a black city could have a nba franchise and it was affordable and even possible despite the what the nba owners want

Maybe this is what the 80% black majority in the nba should be asking for (black ownership of an expansion team in a city that needs it) and putting their money together to accomplish

That’s some real change.

You wouldn’t want that in your city?

Maybe you just took my post the wrong way :hubie:

Brooklyn breh. :comeon:

A poor city is losing their team within a season because they cannot support it, or perhaps even worse, because there is a pro sports team, gentrification comes in the most aggressive wave and pushes out all of the people you think are gonna be helped. From a socialist standpoint I can see where you're coming from but from a practical business standpoint its obvious why it wouldn't work.

1st Round Playoff Exits
TJ' s a fast starter. When he was with the

Suns, he'd have his best games right out

of the gate. His main problem was being

a black hole on offense. When the Suns

were preaching ball movement, TJ wanted

no parts of it.He'd throw up some wild

shots instead of making the extra pass.

there was games where he'd get his

numbers, yet still disrupt the offense.

Maybe he was disgruntled & trying to

get traded? That's why I used to get so

frustrated watching him.The Suns were

a young team trying to implement better

ball movement & spacing.TJ was like

"I'm only here to get buckets.I'm Tony

Buckets!"..On top of

all the odd lil injuries.I just don't think he

was happy being a Sun.
I lost a lot of money between Booker and TJ's odd injuries.
