People making NYC salaries and paying Miami prices. Drove up the cost of living big time. They keep the local salaries low cuz only the out of towners able to afford these prices. Unless you making money elsewhere or you a female with an OF or work in a service industry like a bottle girl, I don't see how many are surviving so easily.

Issue is they not meeting those Cubans on their on level. They need someone who will speak Spanish and canvas those heavy Latin areas. Cubans and the Latinos down there are Republicans by nature, the democrat candidates they usually have are garbage. I know this because in the hick redneck areas in my state (OH) they never have a good dem run in the sticks

Most Florida Cubans believe that all Democrats are communists and socialists. They're not voting for Democrats whatsoever.
