I keep eyeing the MSNBC forecast. 215/220 in favor of the Republicans +/-7. I know the chance has been there.

It will go into a recount also but it's hard to say what they will be adding I think they said about 500 votes.

Yeah regardless of what else even happens here Republicans should be rightfully shook. There is clearly a pushback going on. If I'm a Republican a majority in either spot doesn't even mean shyt because it's gonna be thin as cheese.Red wave turned into a teenie tiny red squirt.
This kind of voting at midterms spells trouble for them at a Presidential election. The youth, who are responsible in a very large way for that pushback, are hyped and are loving the positive feedback(something they seldom get) so they'll come around more hyped in larger numbers next go 'round.
Republicans needed a sweep here and they knew it. A weak majority would spell trouble down the line. Democrats retaking either one would be a disaster. Retaking both would be something like suicide.
If Democrats retake the House and the Senate? Republicans might hold a citizens trial and indict Trump themselves.

Make no mistake. Republicans are eyeing the White House and the midterms was their barometer. That's why a chance at any majority isn't enough to make them happy.
They know they have an uphill battle with the way they've let Trump get out of control.

I also don’t see democrats holding the house. What I do see is Kevin McCarthy under heavy pressure trying to manage MAGA, rhinos, and moderate republicans with a minor majority. Get the popcorn because fukkery will be afoot.
