Immigrants came from somewhere else. Native-born people were born here. No one calling W.E.B. DuBois, Malcolm X, or Biggie a fukking immigrant.





Every one of these shows that immigrants have far lower crime rates than ALL native-born citizens, not just ADOS. Two of the studies show that the children of immigrants (what you're calling 2nd-generation) have basically the same behavior as native-born citizens.

I’ll save you some trouble and tell you what you’ll find: Illegal immigrants commit crimes at a much lower rate than native born Americans. Legal immigrants commit less crimes than illegal immigrants. 2nd generation people with immigrant parents commit crimes at a higher rate than immigrants, but still less than native born Americans that didn’t have immigrant parents.

If crime is very low among immigrants then goes up for their kids but is still lower than the general population, then that’s clearly an indictment of American society more than it is immigrants.
