TLR needs to organize a memes/gifs DRAFT

Best thread in my history of forums is a draft they did on a different forum. They drafted gifs in order, and at the end, trusted people voted on the best team. It was hilarious but I bet TLR would be crazier.

Im thinking 8 teams, 2 rounds. 3 judges at the end.
