The Coli has been about fukkery and will always be. The mods were lax because it was in its infancy and didn't want to be looked at as
as far as modding. They are to blame but you can't say 100% when it was invited since inception.

Just got a rep from an OG poster saying "The Coli is over". He's right, and TLR posters are the prime reason.
Insane hatred of women, open calls for American Psycho style violence on random people, calling every black person ever born under this sun and their Mama a "c00n". Most new posters post like a bunch of psychotic degenerates.

AS much as I'd like to agree...I think alot of it is us as posters getting older and mellowing out in our ways. Some of the posters here are young and rebellious and filled with anger and rage at the world...as I was at one point in my life. Somewhere along the way, I grew up.
It's not that serious breh. I don't know. Life changes. I'm not the same person I was at 22 in college when I started posting on SOHH. I'm 30 man. I got a job. I got responsibilities. The hey day of my TLR experience was when I was unemployed and smoking weed all the time like some youngin and that's cool with me. Chances are the coli isn't ruined...you're just outgrowing it. Or outgrowing being on the internet all day (except for work).
People used to say I was off the deep end...but let's face it. I'd fight the truth...they were right. Several threads were made about me. I felt like in retrospect I was one of the posters ruining the coli. Not really. I'd use it to speak my mind, but I'm chilling on this whole thing anyways and enjoying life and trying to get through things and stuff as a man in the big city.
You want to know what's the reason I have a picture of me in my AVI now? Cause it keeps me in check. Everytime I think about getting argumentative or confrontational, I just look at myself and think about what I would do and how my handle represents me. Notice how I'm not wyling out and getting all complainy and whiny and stuff and just having mood swings? This is because I'm trying to rebrand my image. I'd like to be that wise poster that people look up to.
Because of that you might notice a new nonchalant presence with my posts. Utilizing rational and logic while being funny, real, and conversational.
The coli has helped me alot. TLR for it's faults...I love it. But it's not the same anymore now that I'm older.

If you not feeling the site just leave the people who make these threads do it for attention and they alway stay around posting with hyperbole like coli miliants this or coli niqqa that when they can easily ignore various people or various topic threads
Why do people make the internet so hard for themselves? Are they masochists?
Certain functions are there for a reason.
Don't like a thread? Don't click on it. Or use the ignore feature.
Don't like a poster? Put them on ignore. Last time I checked I had 120 people on mine.
Just remember TLR is TLR. It's the...shytty dive bar that has $2 drink specials and ladies free until 10...then all the dudes come in at 10:01 and all the ten ladies that were there leave all at once...leaving a crowd of men who thought they were going to "get some" all depressed, awkwardly staring at each other, sipping their drinks, and leaving themselves going to other bars (the sub forums).
But it's also that shytty dive bar that has some exciting stuff going on...that's mad entertaining! Posters getting exposed. Web Beef. Top notch news and information from many sources all at once. Fukkery. CHAOS!
And that's why people go there.
TLR is a place that you don't necessarily like per say...you do...but you just can't get away from it cause too much great stuff happens here.
