From what I heard about Floyd's tax issue, apparently that happens to rich people when someone else keeps their $, reports the income, and then they're forced to foot the tax bill. That's why they've been disputing it. Someone from Floyd's camp(maybe Al Haymon?) ripped Floyd off and now he's stuck paying taxes on money he was never actually paid. Same thing happened to Wayne(another Haymon connection?).

thats why i :laff: at these delusional, meth-head mcgregor fans. only way mcgregor don't go to sleep off one punch is if mayweather purposely lays off of it.
On the same token, Mayweather would last 5 seconds in the octagon.

wondering what will be McGregor's boxing style, I mean if he's gonna spend enough time in the ring for us to find it out.
Will he try to transition his MMA stance or will he model his stance by one of the pro boxers?
What's gonna be his approach? Brawler? Boxer-puncher? Out boxer? Counter puncher?
Who his style will resemble assuming he doesn't go by something completely unique but rather try to model his style by a famous current or past boxer?

Mind you I don't say he will be as good as the ones he tries to model and I know he's gonna lose I'm just wondering about what's gonna be his style and approach in his first boxing fight against Floyd Mayweather of all people.

He's a counter puncher by nature. Truthfully, I think we are going to get the deer in headlights look from him. He will learn very soon in the fight that he doesn't belong in the ring with Floyd Mayweather.

i doubt he would deviate stylistically from what he does in mma. so given that, he's more of a counter puncher than anything else. but he's not a stand-back-and-wait counter puncher, he comes forward and pressures and kind of forces dudes to do something. thing is, against guys with good (accurate) hands, he gets hit. chad mendes caught him with good shots, nate diaz pieced him up. i think even that jacked-up midget dennis siver hit him clean. :mjlol:

whatever he comes with, it's not gonna be enough. we all know this, including him. shyt is a total money grab. and even knowing and accepting that, i still find this press tour or whatever they're calling it to be incredibly corny and forced as fukk. i mean, it's just fukking terrible, on many levels.

but hey, that's just my opinion. this circus doesn't need me in the crowd.:yeshrug:

Well in boxing that style is utilized mostly by guys like JMM, Canelo, Danny Garcia, Luis Ortiz... the stalking counterpunchers

The kryptonite of that style are classic boxers who score from the outside and force them to lead the exchanges which they don't like. Floyd also mostly belongs to that out boxer category even though he doesn't only fight from the outside and he's not the stereotypical "classic boxer" like Ali with constant movement and barrage of jabs and straights from the outside he many times rather bends from his waist and etc.

Point is if the faxt that thos is his first boxing fight wouldn't be enough for him based what you two wrote Floyd is also a bad stylistic matchup for him.

I watched Jim Lampley say that Floyd is a bad stylistic matchup for Conor as well.

It would be interesting but the mick clown won't be able to get close enough to Floyd for a clinch because that would involve cutting off the ring, actual boxing technique which this clown has none of...

Floyd is going to effortlessly keep this clown in the center of the ring and box his head off...

This is what the majority of the fight is going to look like...

vs-Gatti-1.gif

and this how its going to end...

Unless the mick is dumb enough to get himself DQ'd and lose millions of dollars...
Connor hands appears faster than those sloppy cacs:lupe:

All jokes aside Mcgregor moves his hands damn fast for a 160-170 pound fighter; wonders if he keps that speed with 10oz gloves

Fake news.....

They know Floyd aint cashing all his checks, therefore being untruthful in the amount he truly earns in a year for instance the 100 million check for the Manny fight he parades around with......simply rich people problems, he'll ask for a extension and negotiate a settlement once he has to....
