The truth is she didn’t have to do anything to keep him from his child because he has not filed for paternity. They weren’t married when the child was born so therefore he is not legally recognized as the father. That’s why visitation is at her whim.

Now he could easily resolve this by suing her for paternity. The court would put him on a visitation schedule that she would have to abide by. I suspect that the real reason he doesn’t want to do this is that he would have to turn over his financial records and be put on child support.
