I don't think so. This reminds me of when Crunchy Black was cussing out Koopsta Knicca for lying on him and hiding behind being bipolar.
And the crazy part about it all is that with something like bi polar, it isn't about what the person says because again SANE people make IDIOTIC statements all the time. This isn't excused by mental illness. Bi polar has more so to do with a person's mood and how they are coping with it. You have a person who is hyper and then goes in to a phase where they are depressed. It is an extreme change. It ain't just some, "well, he said this because he's bi polar". No, it's where a person is having trouble managing their moods. If Kanye is in the middle of a serious episode, his tweets and comments are nearly irrelevant to the condition he's in. He's done something or his behavior by those close to him indicates that he is in trouble. So Kim could retweet one of his dumb tweets because it literally says nothing about his mental health. He can do an interview and spew all kinds of craziness and not throw up a red flag because it's all Kanye being Kanye.
What will throw up a red flag is his behavior during the interview i.e.
