AJ was working a handshake deal and yeah, Gallows and Anderson were signed.

As a law student who just took contracts, I doubt suing for breach will get them much besides AJ never going back.

They can't expect him to perform the contract and TNA probably didn't do much in reliance on the contract, any damages they get would basically be punitive.

Handshake/oral agreements might be enforced, but it's somewhat rare, custom of the industry factors in.

TNA just never fails to be bush league. I want to like them, but they're such a shytty second company despite being TV14 and having a good roster. It's pathetic.
