This is a dumb idea

Anything is better than just letting it go to hell and there not being an alternative to WWE.

I wish Paul Heyman and Bret Hart could somehow get a hold of it along with other retired wrestlers who actually give a fukk about the fans and would run it the way pro wrestling should be run...OFF OF CROWD REACTIONS. That's one thing that TNA could do right at times. They have a fairly decent roster and could put on some great shows IMO they just need the right people at the table

If Vince bought it then TNA would stop being an alternative to WWE.

More On TNA Getting Evicted From Offices, Potential Investors Reportedly Put Money Into TNA Impact - WrestlingInc.com

As noted, TNA was reportedly evicted from their current offices at Cummins Station in Nashville and will be moving all operations to a 20-25,000 square foot warehouse that ShopTNA.com has been using at the end of this month. Production will be moving to NorthStar Productions in the same city because there is no room for TV production at the warehouse.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the company fell behind on rent and could no longer afford to stay at the Cummins Station location. They previously moved the offices to the basement where TV production was done as a cost-cutting move but fell behind and were essentially evicted, effective at the end of this month. The company had known about the move for some time.

I never knew Dixie got involved with TNA due to Jeff Being (surprise) a horrible businessman

The Jarretts hired Trifecta Entertainment to do their publicity when they started TNA in the summer of 2002. The Jarretts had lost so much money in the early months of TNA, due to having a business model that simply couldn’t work, doing weekly $10 PPVs with no television to promote the PPV. That was based on the idea that PPV was profitable but the costs of producing television unless you had somebody to pay you, which they didn’t, cost money, missing the obvious fact that without television to promote it, very few people were going to buy PPVs. They were thinking they could do 150,000 buys weekly due to the low price, but ended up hovering between 8,000 and 12,000 weekly after from the third week on when thing settled into a normal pattern. When they were going to have to close up because they were so far in debt, Carter, the publicist, found out and being from a wealthy family, she put together the deal where her father would purchase controlling interest in the company to keep it alive and she would become the company President.
