EY is a god wrestler so I am sure he and AJ could put on some nice matches.
Plus there is Bobby Lashley for AJ to square off against. and with the new TV deal the TNA roster will presumably be beefed up again with more wrestler signings.
And it would give AJ the opportunity to be back in the US full-time working a less strenuous schedule.

To be fair they lost a lot of people when they lost their TV deal. Everyone involved with the business side of TNA has said they are actively working on beefing up their roster now that they have a new TV deal with Pop.
