:mjlol:That Hogan Era of TNA was some of the most questionable television I've ever witnessed. :picard:They learned NOTHING from the fukkery of WCW 2000
That was supposed to be their launch pad, but they hire Hogan. Who alienated the hardcore fan base by changing into a WCW lite. Got rid of the gimmicky 6 sided ring, but that is their one GOOD gimmick where it gave them a unique identity.

Trash name
Trash management
Trash Creative
Had elite talent and wasted their prime.

This is why it makes me laugh when people say if only Bischoff was able to close the deal to fund the WCW buy out in 2001. The shyt would've been a disaster on par with TNA at it's worst.

Is it a war if the side that doesn't even know there's a war somehow still ends up winning? :russ:

I remember watching the buildup to this "new Monday Night Wars" and it could not have gone any worse. The worst thing about it was that this was in 2010. WWE in 2010 was the most tame and watered down it had been since 1995. All TNA had to do was not be WWE-lite, but that's exactly what they did. They brought back every former WWE guy they could get, and it turned out to be abysmal.
