The NFC East seems like the most dysfunctional this year but of course the AFC South is the worst. Wonder if the Jags/Titans will be on the rise with Bortles/Mariota soon

NFC East is always the most dysfunctional given the owner/GM situations well not with Washington anymore i guess. Can't call who has better upside between those two QBs. Bortles has more experience in pro style offense so with the right pieces maybe him. Mariota is still learning and I don't think dual threat works.
