Games are becoming like film. Stories are to formulaic and meant to push propoganda instead of using the platform to tell better/cutting edge stories. It's making thing stagnant.
There aren't enough countries involved in actively making video games so we only hear stories from the Japanese and white Americans who are in line with their nations respective cultural push campaigns
Yea seems like all video games are the same these days if not remakes or sequels. Someone recommended me a new original classic game to release in the past 5 years.
my point was you speaking for yourself. I don’t play near as many games (even as I want to), and took years off of games, but I still like playing them so I play them when I have the time. They aren’t the priority they were as a kid but my mind is capable of focusing on different areas. Maybe you don’t got the problems
