I believe some of the guys on here are able to do it & be happy but I think a lot of the guys are just bitter and it will be hard to be happy being single if you're doing it out of bitterness.

A relationship where both partners are legitimately happy. No relationship is gonna be perfect , but if both parties are happy, and satisfied with each other. I'd say that relationship is a "good" one.

98% of my family has been divorced. I'm just hopin' I can find someone to teach me how to be married before I even think about it.
I understand the feeling when you are not used to seeing examples of lasting marriages. But it can also be that when people get into marriage thinking of themselves and what they get out of it only that is what contribute to the failure of marriages. My own father was one of them...he filed for divorce when he had cheated on multiple occasions and deserted us, and fathered two kids with a white lady in europe. Hes remmarried with kids...
My mother never filed for child support, she's old school african lady and believes in keeping house no matter what.
But I still believe in marriage...I had to be honest with myself in my early 20s and realized I was scared of getting hurt.

Getting married in itself don't even seem bad to me. But commitment be having me shook on levels I ain't even know possible. Think I'd rather go to a dawn to dusk church service in one of them white neighborhoods with the driest pastor possible then commit on any level.
