To brehs under 30, you ever feel time is running out to "build" or "grind"?

Many people become rich late in life bruh.

As you get older you get more experienced, anyway, especially in business terms.

Nothing wrong also with trying and failing in your youth, if your not taking huge losses that is.

Nah I know that, I`m doing better than most 26 yr olds, my thing is will my efforts even pay off as the way things are going in this country for Blacks its like we are reaching the tipping point. Not saying there will be a literal race war or something, but the grind is slow and the tension in this country has me wild anxious like I need to pop off businesses and stuff now. Def not trying to make this a conspiracy thread, and I guess this can be called a "race" thread but the focus isn't not really on a race of people being good or bad, but more so when it comes to everyone doing their part for the greater good of "our people", is the slow grind to eventual big moves helpful to our people when ish is jacked up right now. Working in Corporate America or a job in general you have to play the "Game", so you have to hold in a lot of internal feelings, even though the work place isn't the place to be discussing race and stuff, but I`m sure I`m not the only Black man that works in Corporate America upset and pissed off at the state of our nation the past few years (always been jacked, but I've only been an "Adult" for a few years).

This thread also reminds me of this article i read a while ago.

It was about the main traits of strong minded people.

Author said that strong minded people don't focus on trivial things. They live in the moment. They don't worry about their past hindering them, they don't worry about the future, they don't worry about anything that they cannot control. They control what they can control, ignore the rest.

Good piece of advice imo.

Yea, I fear nothing, but I dont want to die knowing I didnt do my part in regard to creating something that will benefit me and my bloodline but also be vital in helping people who look like me. Its almost like I have a sense of guilt being in a cushy corporate position (although grinding to make something for myself and not be totally dependent on being employed by someone) and everywhere I look my people are being slaughtered like hogs
