Again a nikka making up his own narrative to fit his feelings.

He already sued for collusion, he took the settlement and signed a NDA.

Breh, since your politically handicapped I'll explain the difference.

Kap WON a grievance filed against the NFL within the NFL

That's totally different then filing to sue in civil court outside the nfl against the NFL. If he signed that waiver he would of lost his right to sue against the NFL in the court of law

Game over...please insert coin to try again

A 4 to 1 touchdown to int ratio is elite, fucc yall talking about

1. When u win a grievance you're not forced to sign a NDA. You only do that when you settle.

2. A 4 to 1 ratio is good, but only throwing 16 tds in 12 games is absolutely mediocre. That's only 1.3 touchdowns a game. Which means he would only throw about 20 in a full season. Elite would be 40 and 10

You slow ain't u my nikka

What does have to do with the waiver.

Your comprehension is horrible.:mjlol:

No one said he was forced to sign a NDA when he won his grievance.

What happened is the LANGUAGE in the "standard waiver" was CHANGED so kap would lose his right to sue the NFL in the court of law for collusion.

Therefore if he signed that waiver he would of been able to workout but lost his right to sue.

When kap's lawyer's presented the NFL with the actual "standard waiver" for workout

THE NFL DECLINED...which caused kap in his team to change the venue of the workout because legally he cannot workout at the NFL stadium since they could not agree on terms.

Had the NFL not changed the language the waiver, Kap would have went through with the workout.

Barry Bonds was blackballed .

Barry Bonds is yet another case of "it's all good until it's someone Black"
No amount of PEDs are gonna make him see the ball better to hit it. He was ALWAYS good.
A lot of those dudes who were actually caught doping fell tf OFF when the juicing stopped.

But then it became an all out witch hunt. Over a dude who helped bring interest in the sport back.

My dude was MJ-ed.

The one silver lining in all of this is that the Giants, nor past greats like Willie Mays, didn't act like sanctimonious bytches when "The Baseball Gods" condemned him.

I bet you the Red SUX would bow to the Gods over Clemens.

NFL Paid Under $10 Million to Settle Colin Kaepernick Grievance

"Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid, the NFL stars who alleged the league’s teams colluded to keep them off the field after they led protests during the national anthem, will receive less than $10 million to settle grievances with the league, according to people briefed on the deal.

The confidential agreement was widely celebrated as a victory for the players. But the settlement is far less than the tens of millions of dollars Mr. Kaepernick, especially, would have likely been owed if his grievance had prevailed."

But he won tho....

This is getting tiresome

These nikkas are slow and possibly romantically interested in Kaepernick. You can't tell them shyt about bae

They havent been paying attention because this entire decade, the same shyt has been happening with different people for different causes.

After occupy and the kony2012 fukkery, folks still didnt wake up.

I mean didn't Kaepernick rip a page out of the kony2012 bullshyt trying to buy some plane to go to Africa and have his super friends with him? He was trying to save the kids or drop some food. It's all an act and he needs to be called out as well as these other frauds. It's just sickening to see how folks will use injustices and social ills for a come up. Sad. All this because he was bricking as a quarterback.

And all of that was just a social media update of the same scam people like Al Sharpton have been running for decades.

I'm not saying black men should be robots, but not being able to check your emotions makes you stupid and vulnerable to being easily manipulated.

THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SITUATION AT HAND.

infact YOU JUST PROVED ME CORRECT.

Kap can still file a civil suit an has a great possibly winning....signing that waiver would negated his right to file a civil suit, the NFL knew this that's why they changed the language in the waiver.....what cant you understand about that..:dahell:

Exactly, exactly, exactly.

shyt is sickening. Crazy thing is I remember 20 years ago how al Sharpton basically did the same bullshyt with Amadou Diallo. Dude literally jumping front and center, hugging that man's mother and the same shyt that's happening now. Being 12/13 at the time, I'm watching that shyt thinking that those cops were going to get locked up but them dudes got off the hook. Even worse. Al was doing the same antics. Marching, outrage and etc. Same story different people. Al just became apart of the story where he was pimping it. The fukked up part was I remember when that bytch ass motherfukker did something and got sentenced to a month in jail and dude came out with his beard all crazy trying to make himself out to be a martyr. Obviously he been doing his bullshyt for decades. The definition of an agent. He worked for the feds.

In fact, its worse because it's a fashion statement and you got so many faces being like that fraud Al. Its upsetting. This is something that has been done since old. I don't get why so many people havent caught on by now.

So the game is for him to keep acting like he wants to play so he can periodically grift the NFL for settlement money?

There's a reason his team took that lowball offer. The case is weak. It would require a team to go on the record saying they were interested in him but pressured not to sign. In reality, every instance of a team expressing interest was sabotaged by him or his girlfriend.

At this point my man is looking like those white people who fake injuries at stores to collect settlement money. I guess he learned that from his white parents.
