first of.. good looks on not being an emotional rollercoaster, and the respectful response.. :salute:

i asked earlier in the thread, and said i could be wrong.. yet no one posted any receipts.. but, before the Hannity thing(which, i dont agree with).. i honestly dont remember this whole SAS being a c00n talk around here.. again, if im wrong.. im all up to see receipts and accept that L..

also.. i supplied a link, where they had a copy of both contracts(his old NFL, and the new workout one) on the air.. he had basically signed the same contract in the past.. it had a extra paragraph, that absolved them of Kaep suing moving forward..

with that said.. my issue with this, is TO telling a White man he's Blacker than him.. no matter how you feel about any Black person.. that aint some sh!t to be saying, muchless getting excited about.. if anything, what TO did was the definition of c00ning..

and, i dont even think its about the protest anymore.. its more about Kaep being a clout-demon at this point..
I feel you on the TO talk... but i like the fact he kept it real

he saying what most been saying for a minute. Maybe he shouldn’t have said it in fromt of Max but its real spit... he didn’t say Max was black, he’s saying in this particular situation, Max is saying what most black people are saying about Kaep and Steven is saying what most whites say about Kaep... ive even heard some white folks say that Steven A is wrong in this situation

@hustlemania you my nikka and all but c00nin A. Been c00ning for a hot minute bruh

this Kaep shyt is just the cherry on top. nikkas is coming for his head because he rather Kaep sign some bullshyt and play himself because the NFL wanted him to.

Kaep wanted to keep it on even terms. I come workout, I throw to some decent receivers, tv crews film it, scouts watch it, then we peace out. NFL brought out a thick ass contract and started using these 12 letter words to fukk him over and when he had HIS team read over it he decided to hold his own workout where he still looked pretty good.

and to think, this is all because he peacefully protested AGAINST police brutality.

But Nah... amerikkka dont want you to protest at all.... “just shut up and dribble/throw the football BOY”. That slave/plantation mentality that they have towards athletes (especially black athletes) they have out here.

if Kaep was protesting over some other bullshyt then they wouldn’t have a problem with it.

but yeah, Stephen A been c00nin since

full

You got this romanticized version of events in your head because you like dude.

But Eric Reid is still kneeling to this day...

Marshawn Lynch never stood for the anthem...

Other players still kneel...

The problem was wearing the socks with pigs as cops to practice. The nfl has millions of fans in law enforcement plus their friends and families.

Wearing the Castro shirt to press conferences. Not everyone views Castro as a hero. To millions of people he's a murderous dictator.

There were other examples, I just can't remember off the top of my head.

Now I shouldn't have to explain to you why it's not your god given right to cost your employers money during your time on the clock

No he didn't, the nfl threw money at him to go away and he took it. Basically they just gave him the money they would've spent on lawyers.

The nfl always settles. A smart person who pays attention to things instead of flailing through life from emotion to emotion would know that.

Why is it that yall Kap dikk riders always be so sure about things that didn't happen.

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

Gave him a reported $60M to go away?
:mjlol:
Breh, do you know how the legal system works? They gave him money because the knew they lost. Kaep's lawyers found something when they subpoenaed records from other owners. What are you talking about? If they weren't guilty, they wouldn't have given him shyt. That's what this whole situation is about. The NFL is salty. They thought they were above the law and Kaep's lawyers pulled up on they ass.

Cut the bullshyt, cuz. You're saying anything to fit your argument and you sound retarded.

You gave me a good laugh with that, gave him money to go away shyt

it doesn’t matter if they still do it

Kaep did it FIRST... They killed Dr. King because he marched FIRST but they still got Marches that go on and shyt, don’t they?

idgaf what his stance on with Castro... Castro didn’t have the police targeting black people and killing them in cold blood because of their skin color and im pretty familiar what Castro stood for (and know the reasons why a lot of white Cubans left cuba).

Kaep started this and I know I don’t have to explain to you what white america does to strong black people that step out of line, do I?

and fukk those employers... fukk football and the NFL in general too

Ok u can feel like that, but then why go to them asking for a job?

All the rest of that shyt you said was a bunch of emotional nonsense. Dr. King doesn't have anything to do with football and Kaepernick isn't a civil rights leader.

Nobody could "fire" dr. King he worked for himself.

The fact that you would even invoke his name in this situation is laughable

:patrice:

But Riddle’s portrayal of Castro as a race relations hero may be somewhat romanticized given that black Cubans are overwhelmingly poor, underrepresented in positions of power and locked out of jobs in the country’s burgeoning tourism industry, where lighter skin appears to be a prerequisite to entry.

In 2010, 60 prominent African Americans, including Cornel West and filmmaker Melvin Van Peebles, issued a letter attacking Cuba's human rights record, especially as it related to black political dissidents. They expressed concern that the Cuban government had “increased violations of civil and human rights for those black activists in Cuba who dare raise their voices against the island's racial system.” The letter also called for the release from prison of black activist and physician Darsi Ferrer.

Castro’s revolution may have promised equality for blacks, but he was ultimately unwilling to engage those who pointed out that racism remained. The Cuban government responded to the concerns of the African American group by simply denouncing their statement.

That's not how settlements work at all...

Or do u think Michael Jackson really molested all those kids he settled with? Even after their claims were ripped to shreds.

You're talking about a trial that could last years with lawyers that charge hundreds to thousands of dollars an hour.

Not to mention 60 million is a drop in the bucket to a company with revenue in the billions every year

Calm down young blood..:whoa:

All i said was if you gonna follow a nikka, at least know the agenda.. Kaep set no agenda..

I supported what he was doing because he was exercising his rights..

But I didn't miss a game of football since this all started.. Until a nikka can lay out a plan i can relate to, im doing what the fck i want to do..

Why you looking to be led? He didn’t need a plan and he wasn’t making a movement. He simply didn’t sacrifice his thoughts as an African-American for a check and some people are baffled that other supposed Black people don’t support it.

But what New Black Media has so eloquently pointed out is even though some of these people are Black they aren’t African-American and don’t have the same spirit. A lot of these people are cowards who ran from their homelands and now get a bag in the US from “white mommy and daddy” to megaphone their anti-Afram c00n mentality.

Steven A fits the description...

Why you looking to be led?...

No where in any of my posts did i say i wanted to be led..

My question was......................................

Kaep wanted to bring awareness to police brutality against black and brown people by kneeling during the N/A....

He got the attention...

Now what was the plan?

I know you have no answer, but I'll ask anyway..

1. He's asking them for a job, not the other way around. That's like no showing a job interview and demanding they switch it to a day you like better.

2. Its absolutely clout chasing. nikka wanted his own camera crew there, for what? The only way NFL films could edit the footage to make him look bad was if he was actually out there throwing bad passes. But I'm sure it was just for transparency and not to collect footage for a documentary to be sold to a streaming service :martin:

3. What does he have to gain? He has to keep the people on his side. This is the social media age and people will forget you in a heartbeat. His former team is flourishing without him, black QBs have taken over the league, and his star was fading until his ol lady went at Jay Z.

1. The problem people have is the language people are using for the NFL to "put up" with Kaepernick's actions and wearing a certain shirt is "antagonizing"
This the NFL, who people all of a sudden think has a heavenly moral compass. NFL has accepted and brought back murderers, woman abusers, substance abusers, other types of criminals. But somehow it's a problem to bring back a black person kneeling for injustice?

What the NFL doesn't want is someone who represents Black advocacy

2. What's the problem with Kaep wanting to use his own cameras. TO said himself that he would conduct a 2 hour interview with teams, only for the NFL to release edited video for the media to dissect and destroy his image. So you think the same thing can't happen in this situation?

3. Bringing up his current athletic ability makes no sense to me. Whether that person is a rookie, in his prime, or on his way out, they should still be given a fair chance to play in the NFL if they are good enough
So if MVP type players like Dak Prescott, Russell Wilson, etc were the ones protesting, only then would it be justified?

Folks still rooting for that fraud Kaepernick. :mjlol: fukk him. Dude is an agent like deray, Shaun king, al sharpton and the rest of these "actorvists" doing that shyt for fame and/or money. It's almost the year 2020. Start seeing these frauds for which they are... frauds.

He looks stupid as hell with that afro on his head too. Andre3000 told you 21 years ago. Everyone with dreads isnt for the cause. That punk kaep had the audacity to try to put a trademark on his look too. We really need to start checking these frauds and even laying hands on them to send a message. Enough is enough. No more false preachers.

1. No player has ever been convicted of murder and brought back into the league. I'm assuming you're talking about Ray Lewis. Also those other situations are things that happened in players personal life. They did their time, received their punishments and moved on.

I guarantee you if Kareem Hunt wore an "I beat bytches" t shirt to practice he would probably be waved.

But it's funny you said that because Ray Rice, who was past his prime, was not brought back into the league. Aka his talent wasn't great enough to put up with the baggage.

2. You don't ask for a job and get to dictate the terms of your interview. You may not like it but that's just the nature of being employed by a private company. If this were the government telling him he couldn't bring his own cameras you would have a point.

The NFL isn't obligated to let him use their facilities for whatever he wants.

3. Your current ability means everything in this discussion. The NFL is not a charity. It's a business whose goal is to make money. If a player is a net negative, meaning owners will lose more money than they stand to gain with him on the team they're within their right to pass on that player. Unless you're advocating for the government to regulate football and give every single person who wants a tryout an opportunity. I might suit up and try my hand for fun and I haven't played since high school.

Also, if Dak or Russell were the ones protesting and ended up out of the league because of it, it would be much more authentic for a player at the top of their sport to risk it all for their beliefs and it would be a slam dunk to prove that a player with MVP level output was unfairly blackballed and pushed out of the league vs. A player whose production fell off a cliff and was a massive disappointment after receiving a 100 million dollar contract.

Was Johnny Manziel blackballed? Or did no one want him? Where is Jamarcus Russell? He was a first overall pick. Is he being blackballed?
