On the otherhand, it may not happen that way.

That could very well happen. CA is NOT getting the tax revenue from cannabis that they thought.....not even close. Thats why they dont want to lower the taxes

Yeah, if you have a medical card you dont have to pay the exise tax but i think you still have to pay sales tax.
