i've mentioned this in other threads. it's about cyclical dieting.

very interesting stuff about dieting strategically with days where you have to eat a lot of food and others when you restrict carbs. they talk about timing your nutrition with your hormones to maximize fat burning. talks about leptin and insulin. i want to know if it makes sense or if it's bullshyt.

i don't know too much about nutrion and biology. the way the guy explains it in that link kinda makes sense but at the same time it feels too good to be true. has anyone tried it? is anyone on it? does anyone know if the shyt makes sense??

You're describing carb refeeds. You don't indulge in all foods, just carbs. Although "eat anything" is one way to market a product...


You won't need to worry about it til sub 15% and until you lifts start going to shyt and/or fat just isn't coming off. The lower bf% you go the more often you'll want to refeed.

Is it necessary? No. It's an option for low-carb dieters.
